🏆 We’re hiring a Business Development Manager to help scale our B2B partnerships across the UK
Our fintech rocketship is growing fast, and we’re now looking for a driven, commercially-minded individual to support our B2B sales efforts. This is a fantastic opportunity to join us at a pivotal stage as we expand our reach across councils, housing associations, employers, lenders, and banks.
You’ll be a confident communicator who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment. You’ll take ownership of our outbound efforts, refine our sales strategy, and help shape how we partner with organisations that want to support the financial wellbeing of their customers, employees or tenants.
🌎 We're remote-first but have access to several London office spaces, so this role can be hybrid or remote depending on your preference.
🔍 What you’ll be working on
Lead and execute outbound sales campaigns to win new B2B customers
Build and manage relationships with stakeholders in Councils, Housing Associations, HR departments, Lenders, and Banks
Identify key opportunities for growth and develop strategies to unlock them
Work closely with our founders and product team to feed in customer needs and help shape future product features
Own our B2B CRM pipeline, reporting, and activity tracking
Support with bid writing, proposals, and preparing pitch materials
Represent SuperFi at meetings, demos, events and conferences
