SuperFi Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain how you may use the SuperFi mobile app and our website (together, the “Platform”). Please read them carefully.

By using or accessing SuperFi, you agree to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1) Who we are and how to contact us

The Platform is operated by SuperFi Finance Ltd (trading as “SuperFi”), a company registered in England & Wales (no.13645361). Registered office: 124–128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. Email: support@joinsuperfi.com.

Some Open Banking services are provided by TrueLayer Ltd (authorised and regulated by the FCA). Retailer gift cards and digital vouchers are provided via Tillo Ltd. SuperFi itself is not authorised or regulated by the FCA and does not provide financial advice, credit broking or other regulated financial services.

2) About these Terms

  • These Terms apply to your use of the SuperFi app and our informational website.

  • Additional terms may apply to certain features (e.g., Booster). Where they do, they’ll be shown in-app before you use or buy the feature.

  • We recommend you keep a copy of these Terms for your records.

3) Who can use SuperFi (eligibility & territory)

You must:

  • be 18 or over;

  • reside in the United Kingdom; and

  • use the Platform only for lawful personal purposes.

You’re responsible for ensuring anyone using the Platform via your device or internet connection understands and complies with these Terms.

4) Our services (summary)

SuperFi helps you manage and improve your financial wellbeing. Features include:

  • Open Banking insights (via TrueLayer) to view spending, bills and account data you choose to share;

  • Gift cards & retailer-funded cashback (via Tillo);

  • Money tools such as budgeting and a benefits checker;

  • Virtual Coins and in-app activities; and

  • The optional paid Booster subscription for extra discounts at selected brands.

We may add, change or remove features at any time.

5) Gift cards, discounts and cashback

a) Retailers & redemption
Gift cards/digital vouchers are supplied through Tillo and redeemed directly with the relevant retailer. The retailer provides the goods/services under their own terms. SuperFi facilitates access but does not supply the underlying goods/services.

b) Fees
A small transaction fee currently applies (£0.10 for purchases of £10 or above) to cover payment-processing costs. Fees and discounts may change; the current fee is shown before you pay.

c) Cashback
Any cashback on voucher purchases is funded by participating retailers (not by SuperFi) and facilitated via Tillo. Rates/eligibility vary by retailer and may change or end without notice.

d) Non-refundable purchases
Once a digital voucher is issued it cannot be cancelled or refunded (except where required by law or if the voucher is faulty). Check details carefully before buying.

e) Your responsibility
SuperFi isn’t responsible for retailer systems, errors, service quality or goods bought with a voucher. For product/service issues, contact the retailer (you can also tell us at support@joinsuperfi.com).

6) Booster subscription

Booster is an optional, paid annual feature that lets you apply extra discounts to selected retailers.

  • Price and benefits are shown in-app before you pay.

  • Payment is taken upfront via Open Banking.

  • No auto-renewal at this time (you’ll need to repurchase if you want another year).

  • Choose up to three brands at once; you may change one brand every six months (max two changes per year).

  • If a chosen brand is unavailable for more than two weeks, you may switch it without using up your limit.

  • We may change the price, number of brands or discount rates at any time.

  • If SuperFi cancels the Booster programme, we’ll provide an automatic pro-rata refund of any unused portion of your annual payment (to your original payment method, within 30 days).

  • Because access starts immediately, you waive your 14-day cooling-off right once payment is made.

Booster discounts apply to standard base rates and do not apply to temporary promotions or limited-time higher rates.

7) Virtual Coins & in-app activities

You may earn Coins by completing activities (e.g., opening an account, connecting/reconnecting a bank account via Open Banking, paying a bill on time, purchasing a gift card). SuperFi may occasionally award Coins for other reasons.

  • Coins have no cash value, can’t be exchanged or transferred, and can only be used within the app (e.g., games such as “Spin the Wheel”).

  • Each spin/activity requires a set number of Coins (shown in-app) and may change.

  • Coins expire if you don’t log in for six months. We may update the expiry policy and will show any update in-app.

  • Coins and rewards can’t be combined with other discounts or promotions unless stated in-app.

8) No advice; our responsibility & your personal use

No advice. The information and tools on the Platform are general information only. We don’t provide financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Consider getting independent advice before making decisions.

Our responsibility to you. We’ll provide the Platform with reasonable care and skill. We’re responsible for loss you suffer if we break this contract and the loss was foreseeable. We’re not responsible for:

  • losses that weren’t foreseeable;

  • issues caused by retailers or third-party providers (e.g., Tillo, TrueLayer); or

  • any business use.

Personal use only. SuperFi is provided for personal use only and must not be used for commercial purposes.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

9) Platform availability, changes, suspension

We may update the Platform and its content at any time. We don’t guarantee the Platform (or any content) will always be available or uninterrupted. We may suspend, withdraw or restrict parts or all of the Platform for business, maintenance or security reasons. Where reasonable, we’ll give notice of extended downtime.

If we make a material change that affects you (e.g., a new fee or introducing auto-renewal for Booster), we’ll notify you in-app or by email. Continuing to use the Platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10) Intellectual property

We (or our licensors) own all intellectual property rights in the Platform and its content (including text, data, images, graphics, logos, software and tools). All rights are reserved.

You may print one copy or download extracts for personal, non-commercial use. You must not copy, modify, distribute, scrape, frame, reverse engineer or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our written permission.

11) Acceptable use, security & malware

You must not use the Platform:

  • in any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful way;

  • to send spam or upload material that breaches rights or standards;

  • to attempt unauthorised access to our systems or data; or

  • to introduce viruses, Trojans, worms or other malicious code.

We don’t guarantee the Platform is free from bugs or viruses. Use your own virus protection. Attempting to gain unauthorised access or to impair the service may be a criminal offence (e.g., under the Computer Misuse Act 1990). We may report suspected breaches to law enforcement.

We don’t guarantee compatibility with all devices/browsers.

12) Third-party links and providers

The Platform may link to third-party websites/services for your convenience. We don’t control or endorse their content and aren’t responsible for their accuracy, availability or security. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and may be subject to their terms.

13) Complaints

If something goes wrong, contact complaints@joinsuperfi.com. We’ll acknowledge and investigate promptly and aim to resolve within 15 working days.

If your issue relates to Open Banking services provided through TrueLayer (e.g., connecting a bank or initiating a payment), we may refer you to TrueLayer Ltd, which handles those complaints under its own process. The Financial Ombudsman Service does not apply to SuperFi’s own services.

14) Data protection

Your personal data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain what we collect, how we use it and your rights under UK data protection law.

15) Accessibility

We aim to ensure our website is accessible to all users. If you experience difficulty, please contact support@joinsuperfi.com.

16) Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes/claims) are governed by English law.

  • If you live in England or Wales, claims will be heard in the courts of England and Wales.

  • If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can bring proceedings in your local courts.
