🏆 We’re hiring a Growth Marketer to supercharge our user and partner acquisition across B2C and B2B

Our fintech rocketship is gaining altitude, and we’re looking for a creative, data-driven Growth Marketer to fuel the next stage of our journey. You’ll be instrumental in shaping and executing marketing campaigns that drive user growth and B2B partnerships — from councils and employers to lenders and housing associations.

This is a hands-on, strategic role for someone who blends sharp analytical thinking with bold, experimental energy. You’ll be just as comfortable running paid campaigns or writing a killer email sequence as you are brainstorming scrappy out-of-home concepts or building partnerships.

🌎 We’re remote-first with access to multiple London offices. This role can be remote, hybrid, or in-person.

🔍 What you’ll be working on

• Plan, execute and optimise campaigns across paid, organic, content, email, and PR

• Run targeted B2B lead generation and nurturing campaigns (Councils, HR teams, Housing Associations etc.)

• Own our B2C growth loop – from awareness to acquisition, retention and referral

• Test and scale unconventional, low-cost marketing tactics that get attention

• Create compelling copy and assets for ads, landing pages, emails, and sales decks

• Analyse performance and surface insights to iterate quickly

• Collaborate with product and data teams to build user-centric, high-impact experiences

• Help build out our marketing stack and processes from scratch
