Booster Subscription Terms

These Booster Subscription Terms apply to your use of the paid “Booster” feature in the SuperFi app. They sit alongside our main Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy. By purchasing a Booster subscription, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Booster provides

Booster is a paid feature that allows you to apply an additional discount to up to three retailers (“brands”) of your choice when purchasing vouchers through the SuperFi app. Not all retailers are available, and SuperFi may update, remove or replace participating retailers or discount rates at any time without notice. SuperFi also reserves the right to change the number of boosted brands you can select and the boosted discount available at any time.


2. Payment

  • Booster is a one-off annual subscription, paid upfront through Open Banking directly from your bank account.

  • The current price is shown in-app before you pay.

  • Subscriptions do not automatically renew at this time. You’ll need to purchase a new subscription when your current one expires.

  • SuperFi may introduce automatic renewal in the future and, if it does, we’ll notify you in advance and update these Terms.

3. Changes to Booster

SuperFi may change the price, discounts, brand limits, or other features of Booster at any time. If we make a material change (for example, altering the structure or benefits), we’ll update these Terms and notify you in-app or by email. Booster discounts apply only to standard base rates and do not apply to temporary retailer promotions or limited-time higher rates.


4. Brand selection and changes

  • You can select up to three brands at a time to receive your Booster discount.

  • You can change one brand every six months (a maximum of two brand changes per year).

  • If any chosen brand becomes unavailable for more than two weeks, you may replace it without that counting toward your limit.

  • SuperFi may change these limits or the list of eligible brands at any time. Any updates will be displayed in-app before they take effect.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel your Booster subscription at any time, but no refunds are available once payment has been made. If SuperFi cancels or discontinues the Booster program, we’ll issue an automatic pro-rata refund for the unused portion of your annual subscription, paid to your original payment method within 30 days.


6. Cooling-off period

Because Booster is a digital service that begins immediately after purchase, you waive your statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 once payment is completed.


7. Liability

SuperFi is responsible for losses you suffer if we fail to use reasonable care and skill in providing Booster, but we’re not responsible for losses that are unexpected, caused by events outside our control, or that relate to business use. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our responsibility for death or injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.


8. Data protection

Your personal data will be used to manage your Booster subscription in line with our Privacy Policy.
